The first step is scheduling a conference call to determine your basic goals and objectives and to explore where Banyan may fit in assisting. If it appears there is ample opportunity for both parties, an on-site visit will be scheduled. Banyan does not charge consulting fees for opportunity assessment.
No. All of our agreements are structured to allow the client to terminate their relationship with Banyan if we are not delivering satisfactory results.
Do you do project work focusing on a particular area of need?
Yes. Although we take a comprehensive approach to improving profitability, some of our best customer relationships started with Banyan’s assistance on a specific project.
We can provide a specific reference list when we get to the proposal phase. Our present and past customer list contains companies in a variety of industries including: home décor, packaging, food and beverage, consumer goods, recorded media distribution, marine, medical, aerospace, store package, food, industrial controls, and power systems.
A Banyan is a type of tree that starts its life as a tiny seed embedded in a crack or crevice of another tree. The seed germinates, and sends down wispy roots towards the ground. Once the roots take hold, more roots quickly form and multiply. Before long, what was once just a tiny seed becomes a very large, expansive, powerful living thing. We like to think of our customers’ profits as similar to the Banyan root system. It may start with just a tiny idea that we plant together, but inevitably our customers see the Banyan like impact as profits expand.
